ÉTAPES
Cut the onion in half, then slice each half into quarters in a radial pattern.
In a bowl, mix miso and mayonnaise to create the miso mayo sauce.
Place the onion slices in a microwave-safe dish, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Transfer the microwaved onion to another heatproof dish, spread the miso mayo sauce on top, and sprinkle with pizza cheese. Bake in a toaster oven until the cheese is golden brown. Garnish with dried parsley.
