Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 3 pieces pollock roe
- 🧀 3 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
- 🍯 A drizzle of honey
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Mix the cooked rice with the seasoning ingredients and shape into 4 rice balls.
Cut one pollock roe into 4 pieces and remove the skin from the remaining roe using the back of a knife.
Cut one slice of cheddar cheese into small pieces and divide the other two slices into quarters.
Prepare the pollock roe mayo by mixing the skinned roe, mayonnaise, chopped cheese, black pepper, and honey.
Layer the rice, cheese, pollock roe mayo, and pollock roe on top, then bake in a toaster oven for 10 minutes.
Drizzle honey over the baked rice balls and serve.
