Rice
- 🍚 600g cooked rice
Fish Cake
- 200g fish cake, chopped
Vegetables
- 🥕 60g carrot, finely chopped
- 1 green chili pepper, chopped
Seasoning for Fish Cake
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
Seasoning for Rice
- ✨ 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cook rice and let it cool slightly.
Chop fish cake, carrot, and green chili pepper finely.
Heat a pan and sauté fish cake, carrot, and chili pepper with fish cake seasoning ingredients.
Divide the sautéed fish cake mixture into two portions.
Mix rice with rice seasoning ingredients and half of the sautéed fish cake mixture.
Add chili powder to the reserved fish cake mixture and sauté again for a spicy filling.
Shape the rice mixture into triangular rice balls and stuff with spicy fish cake filling.
Optional: Wrap rice balls with seaweed for added flavor.
Pan-fry the rice balls until golden and crispy on the outside.
Serve warm and enjoy!
