- 🐟 2 whole Pacific saury
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- soy sauce as needed
Vegetable
- 3 cm daikon radish
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
ÉTAPES
Cut the Pacific saury in half and sprinkle salt evenly on both sides.
Grate the daikon radish.
Heat a frying pan with salad oil spread using a paper towel. Place the saury in the pan and cook over medium-low heat for about 8 minutes.
Flip the saury and cook on low heat for another 8 minutes. Serve with grated daikon and drizzle soy sauce as desired.
