- 🐟 2 fillets of sea bream
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
Scallion Miso Sauce
- 🧅 10 cm scallion, minced
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp miso
ÉTAPES
Sprinkle both sides of the sea bream fillets with salt.
Mince the scallion and mix it in a bowl with mirin, sugar, and miso.
Line a heatproof dish with aluminum foil, place the sea bream on it, and spread the scallion miso sauce over the fillets.
Bake in a toaster oven for 13–15 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
