Yuzu Pepper Butter

- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1/2 tsp yuzu pepper
ÉTAPES
Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms.
In a bowl, mix the butter until smooth, then add the yuzu pepper and salt. Mix well.
Spread the yuzu pepper butter mixture onto the caps of the shiitake mushrooms. Grill in a toaster oven for about 6 minutes or until the mushrooms are cooked through.
