- 1 piece (200g) thick fried tofu
- 4 shiso leaves
- sufficient amount of pizza cheese
Cod Roe Mayo Sauce
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 1 piece of cod roe
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- sufficient amount of pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the thick fried tofu into 1cm slices. Mince the onion.
Thinly slice the shiso leaves. Cut open the cod roe and scrape out the contents.
Mix the ingredients for the cod roe mayo sauce in a container.
Place the tofu slices on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Top with the sauce and pizza cheese. Bake in a toaster oven until the cheese is golden brown. Serve on a plate and garnish with shiso leaves.
