INGRÉDIENTS
Mushrooms
- 🍄 50g diced eringi mushrooms
- 🍄 50g shimeji mushrooms
Meat
- 100g ground mixed meat
Tofu
- 4 pieces fried tofu
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- ketchup as needed
Cheese
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
Additional Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp flour
- 🧂 salt and pepper to taste
ÉTAPES
Cut the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Dice the eringi mushrooms into 1cm cubes. Cut the fried tofu in half.
In a bowl, mix shimeji, eringi, ground meat, and the additional seasonings. Stuff the mixture into the halved fried tofu.
Heat a frying pan and place the stuffed tofu pockets inside. Cook on low heat until golden brown. Add sake, cover with a lid, and steam for about 5 minutes to cook the meat thoroughly. Serve on a plate and drizzle with ketchup.
