INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredient
- 2 tofu pockets
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Filling
- 🧅 1 green onion, minced
- 1 can tuna (70g)
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 50g pizza cheese
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Dipping Sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp chili oil
ÉTAPES
Mince the green onion.
Cut the tofu pockets along the longer edge and chop the cut pieces.
In a bowl, mix the chopped tofu pockets with the filling ingredients (green onion, tuna, mayonnaise, cheese, salt, and pepper).
Open the tofu pockets and fill them with the prepared mixture. Secure with toothpicks.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over low heat and add the filled tofu pockets. Cook until golden brown.
Flip the tofu pockets and cook the other side until golden brown.
In a bowl, mix the dipping sauce ingredients (vinegar, soy sauce, grated ginger, and chili oil). Serve the tofu pockets with the dipping sauce.
