- 2 tofu pockets (40g)
- 2 packs natto with sauce
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- 🧀 4 slices cheese
- 4 shiso leaves
ÉTAPES
Pat dry the tofu pockets with a paper towel to remove excess oil, then cut them in half and open them into pocket shapes.
In a bowl, mix natto, the included sauce, and chopped green onion.
Place a slice of cheese and a folded shiso leaf inside each tofu pocket, then fill each pocket with 1/4 of the natto mixture. Secure the opening with a toothpick.
Arrange the filled tofu pockets in a frying pan and heat over low heat until both sides are golden brown.
