- 1 piece fried tofu (20g)
- 2 tsp salad oil
Filling
- 1 leaf cabbage, shredded
- 1 can tuna in oil (70g)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp pizza cheese
ÉTAPES
Cut the fried tofu in half and open it to create pockets. Shred the cabbage finely.
Mix the shredded cabbage, tuna, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and pizza cheese in a bowl.
Stuff the tofu pockets with the filling mixture.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the stuffed tofu pockets in the pan and flatten slightly. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Cut the cooked tofu pockets into bite-sized pieces and serve.
