- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
In a bowl, mix sake, mirin, soy sauce, lemon juice, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
