INGRÉDIENTS

- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Marinade
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp yuzu pepper
ÉTAPES
Sprinkle salt on the yellowtail fillets and let them sit for 10 minutes. Pat dry with kitchen paper.
In a plastic bag, mix the marinade ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, yuzu pepper) until the yuzu pepper dissolves. Add the yellowtail fillets, remove air from the bag, seal it, and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Lightly drain the marinade from the fillets and place them in the pan. Cook for about 3 minutes until the surface is golden brown. Flip the fillets, cover with a lid, and cook for another 2 minutes until fully cooked.
