INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 100g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato (150g), cut into sticks
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp miso
ÉTAPES
Season the ground meat with salt and pepper.
Cut the potato into 1cm-wide sticks, soak in water, and drain. Microwave for 2 minutes at 600W.
Mix the sauce ingredients (mirin and miso) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the ground meat and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the potato and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
Add the sauce and stir-fry until everything is well combined.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
