INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch chives
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Egg Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (300g) cooked rice
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Cut off the roots of the chives and finely chop them.
Mix the egg, rice, mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and add ground pork. Stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add the chopped chives, salt and pepper, and the egg rice mixture to the pan. Stir-fry over medium heat until the rice becomes fluffy and separates.
Add sake, soy sauce, and grated ginger to the pan. Stir quickly and serve on a plate.
