Base
- 🍚 100g of cooked rice
Egg
- 🥚 2 quail eggs
Seasoning
- 🐟 1 can of oil-packed tuna
- 1 tsp of curry powder
- 🍅 2 tbsp of ketchup
- 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
- 🥛 3 tbsp of milk
- 🧄 1/2 tsp of grated garlic
- 🧀 30g of shredded pizza cheese
ÉTAPES
Line a bowl with aluminum foil and coat with salad oil (not listed in ingredients).
Press the cooked rice into the bowl to form a cup shape.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Stir well.
Remove the aluminum foil from the rice cup and bake in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes. Remove the foil, add the seasoning mixture, crack the quail eggs on top, and bake for another 1-2 minutes until eggs are half-boiled.
