INGRÉDIENTS
Bread
- 🍞 2 buns
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef short ribs
Vegetables
- 🎃 140g pumpkin, sliced
- 🥬 2 lettuce leaves
Dairy
- 🧀 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
ÉTAPES
Slice the beef into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the pumpkin into 7mm slices and tear the lettuce into quarters.
Cut cheddar cheese into triangular shapes for decoration and reserve the rest for layering.
Heat salad oil in a pan, stir-fry beef until browned, add pumpkin, and cook until tender. Add sake and BBQ sauce, stir until the liquid evaporates.
Spread butter on buns and lightly toast them. Layer lettuce, cheese, and cooked beef mixture on the bottom bun. Decorate the top bun with cheese shapes and assemble.
