INGRÉDIENTS
Witch Hat Rice Balls
- 🌿 9 sheets seaweed
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
Tuna Mayo Filling
- 🐟 2 cans tuna
- 🧅 50g chopped onion
- 🥪 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- To taste black pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut 6 sheets of seaweed in half to create 12 rectangular pieces.
Fold the remaining 3 sheets of seaweed twice and cut into 12 circular pieces.
Mix cooked rice with sesame oil and salt in a bowl.
Drain the tuna and mix it with chopped onion, mayonnaise, and black pepper in a separate bowl.
Place rice diagonally on one corner of a rectangular seaweed piece, add a small amount of tuna mayo filling on top.
Cover the filling with more rice and fold the seaweed into a cone shape.
Seal the cone by attaching the edges with a few grains of rice.
Attach the circular seaweed piece to the base of the cone using a small amount of rice.
Decorate the witch hats with mayonnaise and chopped green onions.
