- 1 frozen pastry sheet
ÉTAPES
Trim the ends of the asparagus and peel the tough outer layer of the base with a peeler. Cut into three equal lengths.
Cut the frozen pastry sheet into six equal portions and roll them out thinly.
Place a slice of ham on the pastry, spread a thin layer of mustard on the ham, add asparagus, sprinkle with pepper, and roll tightly. Pinch the seam to seal.
Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle pizza cheese on top and bake at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
