- 🟩 1 sheet nori seaweed

ÉTAPES
Mix the egg with a pinch of salt in a microwave-safe container. Microwave at 600W for 40 seconds without covering, stir, and microwave for another 40 seconds.
Mix the cooked white rice with yukari seasoning.
On a sheet of plastic wrap, layer the nori, half of the rice, cooked egg, ham, cheese, shiso leaves, and the remaining rice. Wrap tightly with the nori and let it sit for a few minutes before cutting in half.
