INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥔 2 large potatoes, julienned
- 80g spam, julienned
- 🧅 1/4 onion, julienned
- 🥕 30g carrot, julienned
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 handful sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Peel and julienne the potatoes into 5-6mm thick strips.
Rinse the julienned potatoes in water to remove excess starch.
Boil water in a pot, add 1 tsp of salt, and blanch the potatoes for 1-1.5 minutes.
Julienne the spam, onion, and carrot to match the size of the potatoes.
Heat 3 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and sauté 1 tsp of minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the blanched potatoes, onion, and carrot to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat.
Once the vegetables are tender, add the julienned spam and stir-fry together.
Season with 2/3 tsp of salt and a pinch of black pepper. Stir well.
Finish with 1 tbsp of sesame oil and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
