INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 3 potatoes
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 🧅 1 onion
Protein
- 200g spam
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 3 dashes pepper
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
ÉTAPES
Slice potatoes, carrots, onions, and spam into thin strips of similar size.
Soak sliced potatoes in cold water for 10 minutes to remove excess starch.
Drain the potatoes and pat them dry to remove excess water.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the carrots for 2 minutes.
Add the potatoes to the pan and stir-fry until they are tender.
Once the potatoes are partially cooked, add onions and spam to the pan and stir-fry together.
Season with salt and pepper, adjusting to taste.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and stir-fry briefly to finish the dish.
