- 1 piece ham
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Cooking Oil & Seasoning
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- A dash of black pepper
- Generous sprinkle of sesame seeds
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp corn syrup
ÉTAPES
Prepare the ingredients: slice ham, onion, and bell pepper into thick pieces. Mix the sauce ingredients (cooking wine, oyster sauce, soy sauce, corn syrup).
Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan and add 0.5 tbsp minced garlic. Stir-fry until fragrant.
Add ham and onion to the pan. Stir-fry until the onion turns slightly translucent.
Add bell pepper and continue stir-frying until slightly softened.
Pour the sauce mixture into the pan and stir-fry quickly to coat all ingredients evenly.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds generously. Mix well and serve.
