Miso Mayo Sauce

ÉTAPES
Mix miso and mayonnaise in a bowl to create the miso mayo sauce.
Place hamachi fillets on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil and spread the miso mayo sauce evenly on top. Bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes, checking occasionally.
Arrange shiso leaves on a plate, place the baked hamachi on top, and garnish with yuzu slices as desired.
