INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can tuna
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- 🥗 4 cm daikon radish
- 🍝 200 g spaghetti
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
ÉTAPES
Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and cut them into thirds. Grate the daikon radish and squeeze out excess water.
In a frying pan, add enoki mushrooms and the seasoning ingredients. Heat and stir until slightly thickened.
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
In a bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, half of the prepared nameko mushroom mixture, and the canned tuna. Mix well.
Plate the pasta, top with grated daikon, the remaining nameko mushroom mixture, and chopped green onion.
