- 1 piece (100g) hanpen
- 100g ground chicken
- 🌽 3 tbsp frozen corn
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Condiments
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
ÉTAPES
Place the hanpen in a plastic bag and crush it through the bag.
Add ground chicken, corn, and seasonings to the bag. Knead through the bag to mix thoroughly. Cut off one corner of the bag.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Squeeze out 1/10 of the mixture from the bag into the pan. Cook until browned, then flip and cook on low heat for 3 minutes until fully cooked.
Serve on a plate and add ketchup as a dipping sauce.
