- 1 piece (100g) hanpen
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 2g bonito flakes
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the cucumber and place it in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and mix. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then squeeze out the excess water.
Cut the hanpen into 2cm cubes.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce). Add the cucumber and hanpen, then mix well. Finally, add the bonito flakes and toss to combine.
