- 2 tbsp shirasu
- 2 tbsp shirasu for topping
Vegetables
- 3 stalks mitsuba
- 120g grated daikon
Condiments
- Ponzu soy sauce as needed
ÉTAPES
Cut the hanpen into bite-sized pieces. Chop the mitsuba into 3 cm lengths. Grate the daikon and lightly squeeze out excess water.
Place aluminum foil on a baking tray, arrange the hanpen on it, and toast in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes until lightly browned.
Arrange the hanpen, grated daikon, and shirasu in a serving dish. Top with mitsuba and drizzle with ponzu soy sauce.
