Main Ingredients
- 150g firm tofu
- 1 piece hanpen (110g)
- 4 crab sticks
- 🧅 3 green onions
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
ÉTAPES
Cut crab sticks into 1cm pieces and slice green onions thinly.
Place hanpen, tofu, and seasonings into a plastic bag and mash until smooth. Add crab sticks and green onions, then mix thoroughly.
Divide the mixture into 10 portions and shape into round patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties, flipping occasionally, until golden brown on both sides.
