INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 1/2 sheet hanpen
- 1/2 cup grated daikon
- 2 stalks chopped green onion
- 1.5 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tsp salad oil
Filling
- 200g ground chicken thigh
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
- 1/2 tbsp minced green onion
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
ÉTAPES
Mash the hanpen in a large bowl using a fork until finely crumbled.
Add the filling ingredients to the bowl and mix gently with a spatula. Stir in circular motions about 10 times until the mixture is cohesive.
Divide the mixture into 8 portions. Heat 1 tsp of salad oil in a frying pan and scoop the mixture with a spoon, shaping it roughly into patties as you place them in the pan.
Cook the patties on high heat for 1 minute, then cover the pan and reduce to low heat. Steam-fry for 4 minutes. Flip the patties and cook for another 3 minutes, rolling them for 2 minutes to evenly brown all sides.
Plate the patties and top with drained grated daikon. Sprinkle chopped green onion and drizzle with ponzu sauce.
