INGRÉDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦐 300g of headless shrimp
Processed Food
- 1 piece (110g) of hanpen
Starch
- 1 tbsp of potato starch (for shrimp preparation)
- 1 tbsp of potato starch
Breadcrumbs
- As needed, panko breadcrumbs
Oil
- As needed, salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp of mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/3 tsp of salt
- A pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Remove the shells and devein the shrimp. Coat with potato starch, rub, rinse with water, and pat dry. Chop coarsely.
In a bowl, add the shrimp and tear the hanpen into pieces.
Add the ☆ seasonings and mash the hanpen while mixing thoroughly.
Divide the mixture into equal portions, shape into balls, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Heat about 3cm of salad oil in a pot to 170°C. Fry the cutlets until golden brown.
