INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🦐 8 peeled shrimp
- 1 piece hanpen (110g)
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- Salad oil as needed
Sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
ÉTAPES
Remove the veins from the shrimp, wash thoroughly, and pat dry. Cut into 1 cm pieces.
Tear the hanpen into pieces and mash it well in a bowl.
Add the shrimp and potato starch to the bowl with the hanpen and mix well.
Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls.
Heat salad oil to 170°C (medium heat) in a pot, about 2 cm deep. Fry the balls, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
In a separate bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients (mayonnaise, milk, ketchup, doubanjiang) well. Serve the sauce alongside the fried balls.
