INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🍗 100g ground chicken
Seafood
- 1 piece (100g) hanpen
Vegetables
- 🌿 20g cilantro, chopped
- 🧅 30g minced green onion
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the cilantro into 1cm pieces and finely mince the green onion.
Tear the hanpen into small pieces and mash it in a bowl until smooth. Add ground chicken, green onion, and seasonings (sake, potato starch, salt, and pepper). Mix until sticky, then fold in the cilantro. Divide into 4 portions and shape into oval patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the patties in the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes until browned. Flip, cover with a lid, and cook for another 3 minutes until fully cooked.
