INGRÉDIENTS

- 2 slices ham
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber (50g)
Seaweed
- 1 tbsp dried hijiki
Noodles
- 30g harusame noodles
Dressing
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1.5 tbsp ground white sesame
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Soak dried hijiki in a bowl of water according to package instructions. Drain well.
Slice cucumber diagonally into thin pieces, then julienne.
Cut ham into halves and julienne. Trim harusame noodles to bite-sized lengths using kitchen scissors.
Boil harusame noodles for 2–3 minutes until soft. Rinse under cold water to cool and drain well.
Combine harusame noodles with mayonnaise, ground sesame, and salt and pepper in a bowl. Add hijiki, cucumber, and ham, then mix well.
