- 🥔 4 potatoes
- 3 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
ÉTAPES
Prepare all the ingredients.
Wash and peel the potatoes.
Boil 2 peeled potatoes, cutting them into smaller pieces for faster cooking.
Place the chopped potatoes in a pot with water and boil until tender.
Finely chop the remaining 2 raw potatoes.
Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl.
Combine the mashed potatoes with the chopped raw potatoes.
Add potato starch and salt to the mixture and knead into a dough.
Shape the dough into patties of your desired size.
Heat oil in a frying pan, enough to submerge the patties, and fry them.
Fry until golden brown, then remove and drain on paper towels.
Serve warm and enjoy your hash browns.
