- 🧄 1 clove garlic

Cheese Sauce
- 🧀 1 handful (30g) shredded pizza cheese
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
ÉTAPES
Wash the potatoes thoroughly with the skin on and remove any sprouts. Slice them thinly. Mince the bacon and garlic.
In a frying pan, heat olive oil, garlic, and bacon over low heat until crispy. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, arrange the potato slices evenly. Season generously with salt and pepper. Pour the bacon-garlic oil over the potatoes, cover, and steam-fry over low heat for 7–8 minutes.
In a separate pan, combine the cheese sauce ingredients (cheese, milk, salt, and pepper) and heat over medium-low until bubbling and thickened. Pour the sauce over the potatoes.
