Chicken
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
Batter
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 100g potato starch
- Enough salad oil for frying
Chicken Marinade
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍊 2 tbsp orange juice
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
Sauce
- 🍊 50cc orange juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl and add the chicken. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Mix the sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for 1 minute.
Add the beaten egg and potato starch to the marinated chicken and mix well.
Heat salad oil to 170°C in a pot, add the chicken, and deep-fry until cooked through. Serve on a plate and pour the sauce over.
