- 🍗 1 cooked chicken breast
- 🥚 5 eggs
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g spinach
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🍅 5 cherry tomatoes
- 🥦 30g broccoli
- a small amount of king oyster mushroom
- a small amount of bell pepper
Dairy
- 🥛 100ml milk
- 🧀 1–2 packs of pizza cheese
Carbohydrates
- 30g macaroni
Seasoning
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
- a small amount of cooking oil
ÉTAPES
Wash and chop the spinach into halves.
Boil macaroni in salted water for 10 minutes.
Whisk 5 eggs and mix with 100ml milk and a pinch of salt.
Shred the cooked chicken breast into small pieces.
Slice onion thinly, halve cherry tomatoes, and chop broccoli, bell pepper, and king oyster mushroom into small pieces.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and sauté onion, broccoli, mushroom, and bell pepper with a pinch of salt over medium-low heat.
Add spinach to the pan and sauté until wilted, then add chicken breast and cherry tomatoes.
Pour the egg and milk mixture into the pan and stir gently to combine with the ingredients.
Sprinkle pizza cheese on top as desired.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
