- 200g ground meat (beef and pork mix)

- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced (100g)
Dairy
- 🧀 2 slices of cheese
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
Condiments
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper

- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salad oil
ÉTAPES
Mince the onion and microwave it for 1 minute at 600W. Drain and let it cool. Cut the cheese slices into heart shapes using scissors.
In a bowl, soak breadcrumbs in milk. Add ground meat, onion, and leftover cheese pieces. Mix with salt and pepper until sticky.
Shape the mixture into two heart-shaped patties. Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the patties until browned.
Flip the patties, cover with a lid, and steam on low heat for 5–7 minutes. Add heart-shaped cheese on top and steam for another minute.
Mix ketchup and Worcestershire sauce in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave for 40 seconds at 600W.
Plate the hamburg steaks and serve with the sauce on the side.
