ÉTAPES
Cut the crab sticks lengthwise into three strips. Avoid using flaky crab sticks as they won't hold the heart shape.
Bend the crab sticks into heart shapes and secure them with toothpicks.
Arrange the crab sticks neatly into heart shapes.
Prepare the egg mixture by cracking two eggs and mixing them with chopped green onion, carrot, and a pinch of salt.
Heat a pan with oil on medium heat, then reduce to low heat and place the heart-shaped crab sticks on the pan.
Spoon the egg mixture into the heart-shaped crab sticks. Add the egg mixture gradually to prevent it from spilling out.
Once the top of the egg mixture sets slightly, flip the crab sticks and cook briefly on the other side.
Remove the toothpicks and trim any excess egg once cooled.
