INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🍖 1 slice ham
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix well. Add the seasonings (sake, sugar, soy sauce) and mix to create the egg mixture.
Heat a tamagoyaki pan over medium heat and lightly coat it with salad oil using a paper towel. Pour half of the egg mixture into the pan.
When the egg mixture is semi-cooked, place the ham on top. Roll the egg from the far end towards you and shape it. Push it to one side of the pan.
Pour the remaining egg mixture into the pan and repeat the rolling process. Shape it into a neat roll.
Let the tamagoyaki cool slightly, then cut it into 2 cm slices. Cut each slice diagonally and flip one side to form a heart shape. Align the cut surfaces.
