- 🐟 220g Pacific saury fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Herb Breadcrumb
- 🍞 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 🧈 30g melted salted butter
- 🧂 1 tsp herb salt
Potato Galette
- 🥔 150g shredded potato
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 🌾 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Garnish
- 🌿 Chopped parsley to taste
ÉTAPES
Shred the potato and soak in water to remove excess starch, then drain.
Mix the herb breadcrumb ingredients (breadcrumbs, butter, herb salt) in a bowl.
Grease a baking tray with oil, line with aluminum foil, and place the Pacific saury fillets. Stuff and top the fillets with herb breadcrumbs. Cover with foil and bake in a toaster oven for 14 minutes until cooked through.
Mix the potato galette ingredients (potato, cheese, flour, salt, pepper) in a bowl.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potato mixture and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Plate the baked Pacific saury and potato galette, then garnish with chopped parsley.
