INGRÉDIENTS
Pork
- 200g pork tenderloin block
- 3 sprigs parsley, minced
- 50g breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- Flour as needed
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil as needed
Tomato Sauce
- 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
ÉTAPES
Mince the parsley and mix it with breadcrumbs and grated parmesan cheese in a tray.
Combine all tomato sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Slice the pork tenderloin into 1cm thick pieces, season with salt and pepper, coat with flour, dip in beaten egg, and cover with the breadcrumb mixture.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan to 170°C, fry the pork pieces until golden brown and bubbles reduce, then remove.
Serve the herb cheese pork cutlets on a plate and drizzle with the tomato sauce.
