Fish
- 🐟 200g sashimi-grade bonito
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 whole onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Herb Crust
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 sprigs Italian parsley
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
ÉTAPES
Cut the bonito into 2cm wide pieces. Slice the onion into 1cm thick pieces and secure with toothpicks to keep intact.
Finely chop the Italian parsley and garlic.
Mix the breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, and grated cheese in a bowl to create the herb crust mixture.
Arrange the onion slices on a heatproof dish, place the bonito pieces on top, and sprinkle the herb crust mixture over them. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a toaster oven for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
