- 200g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 🍅 1 tomato, diced
- 1/3 celery stalk, sliced
Beans
- 100g mixed beans
Oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Herbs and Spices
- 3 tbsp chopped parsley
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 bay leaf
Liquid
- 💧 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Mince the onion, dice the tomato, and slice the celery after removing its strings.
Mix ground meat, minced onion, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl until sticky. Divide into 8 portions and shape into balls.
Heat olive oil in a pot and cook the meatballs for 4–5 minutes until browned on the surface.
Add diced tomato, sliced celery, and bay leaf to the pot. Stir and cover to simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Add mixed beans and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
