INGRÉDIENTS
Potatoes
- 🥔 3 potatoes
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp herb salt
- Enough vegetable oil for frying
Yogurt Sauce
- 🥛 3 tbsp unsweetened yogurt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the potatoes into wedges and soak them in water. Drain well.
Place the potatoes in a plastic bag and add flour and herb salt. Shake the bag to coat evenly.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan to 170°C (340°F) and fry the potatoes until golden brown.
Mix all yogurt sauce ingredients in a bowl. Serve the fried potatoes with the yogurt sauce.
