INGRÉDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 180g spaghetti
Seafood
- 🐟 1 can (170g) canned mackerel
Vegetables
- 1 tbsp hijiki
- 50g mizuna
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 1 ladle pasta water
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Soak hijiki in a bowl with water, then drain. Cut mizuna into 4cm pieces. Slice garlic thinly and remove the core.
Boil water in a pot and cook spaghetti 1 minute less than the package instructions.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add hijiki and canned mackerel, breaking the mackerel slightly, then stir-fry over medium heat. Add seasonings and bring to a boil.
Add cooked spaghetti and mizuna to the pan and mix well.
