INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 100g chicken breast, trimmed
- 10g dried hijiki
- 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
Dressing
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp ground white sesame
ÉTAPES
Soak dried hijiki in plenty of water according to package instructions. Drain thoroughly and rinse 2–3 times under running water.
Trim the roots of kaiware sprouts and cut them in half.
Make shallow cuts in the chicken breast.
Place chicken in a microwave-safe container, season with salt, pepper, and sake. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let cool without removing the wrap, then shred into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mayonnaise, and ground sesame. Add hijiki and chicken, then mix well. Finally, toss in kaiware sprouts and gently combine.
