- 5g dried hijiki
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
Protein
- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
Seasoning
- To taste white sesame seeds
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Soak the dried hijiki in a bowl of water until softened, then drain.
Thinly slice the cucumber and drain the oil from the tuna can.
Mix the seasonings (salt, soy sauce, sesame oil) in a bowl, then add the cucumber, hijiki, and tuna. Toss well.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
