INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 cup of soaked rice
Vegetables
- 1 tablespoon of dried hijiki
- 🥕 30g of julienned carrot
Seafood
- 10g of dried shirasu
Liquid
- 💧 Water as needed
Seasoning
- 1/2 tablespoon of sake
- 1 tablespoon of mirin
- 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Rehydrate the hijiki in plenty of water and drain. Julienne the carrot.
In the rice cooker, add soaked rice, seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce), and water up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice.
Top the rice with carrot, hijiki, and dried shirasu. Spread evenly and cook using the regular rice setting.
